South Central Finance Center is seeking a Dealership Accountant I to join the Dallas Accounting Processing Center on-site in Dallas, TX. You will report to the Business Manager and support daily accounting tasks in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include processing service and warranty contracts, recording purchases, processing liens, vendor invoices, intercompany postings, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year accounting experience required.
• Familiar with COA, debits and credits.
• Entry to mid-level Microsoft Excel skills.

• Submission of Warranty Contracts
• New car purchases and Dealer trades
• Record used car purchases
• Request and process lien payoffs
• Process cash receipts
• Regional check runs
• Process and payment of vendor invoices
• FTC reconciliation
• Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, misc)
• Post to Intercompany accounts
• Other responsibilities as assigned
