Job summary

Lendbuzz in Hartford, CT is seeking a results-driven Dealership Account Manager to join our field sales team. This on-site role involves visiting dealerships daily, expanding our network, and building trusted partnerships across the region.

You will work a six-day week with uncapped commission and a target OTE around $175,000. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in auto finance or dealership accounts is highly valued. Residence near the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, sales, or business development in automotive lending/finance or related field.
• 2+ years in your most recent role with a proven growth trajectory.
• Hands-on auto finance or dealership account management experience; special finance valued.
• Willingness to work six days/week with daily in-person dealership visits.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; proven relationship builder.
• CRM familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot; independent and collaborative.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and full insurance; reside near territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
