Job summary

Affinity Development Group is seeking a Dealer Trainer to lead phone-based training for our Auto Program Dealers. You will train dealers on website usage and program tools, update dealer records in CRM, and collaborate with Field Representatives to support assigned territories.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with a focus on delivering high-quality training and maintaining relationships with dealers across the program.

Qualifications

• Two-year college or university; and/or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent follow-up, relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented; able to multi-task and stay organized
• Friendly demeanor & positive attitude
• Self-motivated, must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Facilitate phone-based training sessions on a variety of topics related to our Auto Programs; including training Dealers on how to use our website and program tools
• Assist Dealers in completing post training program certification
• Answer incoming calls and respond to Dealer requests post training
• Build and create rapport with assigned Dealers and Field Representatives
• Process on-line tickets to update Dealer information in the CRM software
• Provide ongoing support for Field Representatives in assigned territories
• Take detailed notes and document all Dealer conversations in the CRM software
• Coordinate with our Dealer Schedulers to communicate scheduling needs
• Contribute to manufacturer promotions by training participating program Dealers
• Attend and participate in department meetings
• Maintain open communication with the Department Manager and Executive Director
• Other duties as assigned
