Job summary

Advanced Dealer Solutions is seeking an experienced automotive training professional to connect with people and translate proven dealership practices into stronger execution across teams. This hands-on role partners with the Vice President of Dealer Services to deliver training, coach dealership professionals, support product launches, and strengthen the tools that power the ADS development platform.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in automotive/RV/powersports retail or dealership environment.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and customer journey.
• Confident facilitation, presentation and communication, with engaging delivery.
• Genuine passion for coaching people and building skills.
• Self‑starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and learn quickly.
• Reading a room and giving constructive feedback to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging, high‑energy ADS Skills Courses and training programs (in‑person or virtual).
• Coach F&I, sales, and leadership teams on processes, product knowledge, and performance.
• Partner with VP of Dealer Services to identify development needs and translate into training plans.
• Support rollout and adoption of ADS programs, launches, menu solutions, and reporting tools.
• Create and improve training content for ADS LMS, F&I Academy, and workshops.
• Follow up after training to reinforce expectations and support implementation.
• Represent ADS as a trusted development partner with credibility and energy.
