Mount Airy Casino Resort in Mount Pocono, PA offers a 5-week Dealer Training Program to become a Table Games Dealer. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a PGCB gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while learning core games offered by the property.
• Learn dealing policies and gaming procedures.
• Deal games in accordance with house rules.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and handle bets accurately.
• Maintain courtesy guidelines and attend to attendance policies.
• Support team and perform other duties as assigned.
