Mount Airy Casino Resort in Mount Pocono, PA offers a 5-week Dealer Training Program to become a Table Games Dealer. Earn while you train: $7.25 per hour; morning and evening classes available; 18+ required; no prior experience needed. Upon completion, you will be offered a position as a Table Games Dealer.

This hands-on blackjack training covers dealing policies and PA Gaming Control Board regulations. You will join a dynamic team in a smoking casino environment with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a PGCB gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service while learning core games offered by the property.
• Learn dealing policies and gaming procedures.
• Deal games in accordance with house rules.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and handle bets accurately.
• Maintain courtesy guidelines and attend to attendance policies.
• Support team and perform other duties as assigned.
