Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Columbus, Nebraska is seeking a Blackjack Dealer to join our table games team. You’ll learn the ins and outs of the games while delivering great customer service and working with speed and accuracy on basic math.

You’ll greet guests, deal cards, determine winners, and ensure integrity of play while coordinating with supervisors and surveillance to keep operations smooth. A high school diploma, 19+ years old, English proficiency, and Nebraska Gaming License are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 19 years old to work in the casino.
• Must obtain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deals assigned games by delivering cards, determining winners and losers, collecting, and paying bets.
• Acknowledge, greets, and converses in English with customers at the Table Games area.
• Protects the integrity of games through observation and follows appropriate procedures.
• Reads, verifies, and signs documents when necessary.
• Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Work closely with supervisors, floor staff, and surveillance to ensure smooth operations.

While we show you around the tables, you'll be learning the ins and outs of the games and be shown that you can play games for a living! What qualifies you to be a dealer? Great customer service skills and the ability to be quick on your feet with basic math.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

What You Will Need
