Hiller Ford Inc. is seeking a Dealer Trade Driver in Wisconsin to transport vehicles between dealerships and locations. You will drive locally and over longer distances, delivering vehicles and parts while following schedules and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and professional customer service in a flexible, part-time arrangement with no guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Safely transport new and used vehicles between dealerships and locations.
• Drive locally and long distances to deliver and pickup vehicles.
• Deliver and pickup parts, supplies, and documents as needed.
• Follow assigned routes and meet delivery deadlines.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips for safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and general condition of assigned vehicles.
• Report maintenance needs, delays, or issues promptly.
• Keep accurate mileage, fuel use, deliveries, and inspections logs.
• Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
• Provide courteous, professional service to staff, customers, and partners.
• Coordinate with Commercial Fleet Department on assignments.

What You’ll Do

• Safely transport new and used vehicles between dealerships and designated locations
• Drive both locally and long distances to deliver and pick up vehicles
• Deliver and pick up parts, supplies, and documents as needed
• Follow assigned routes and meet delivery and pickup deadlines
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure safe operating conditions
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of assigned vehicles
• Report maintenance needs, accidents, delays, or other issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, deliveries, and vehicle inspections
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and applicable safety regulations
• Provide courteous and professional service to dealership staff, customers, and business partners
• Communicate effectively with the Commercial Fleet Department regarding assignments and scheduling

Working Conditions

• Flexible part-time hours based on dealership needs
• No set schedule or guaranteed number of hours
• Typically notified at least one day in advance of scheduled assignments
• Local and long-distance travel, depending on dealership needs
• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
• Ability to assist with lifting or moving items when required
