Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Dealer Services Specialist II to be the go-to liaison for our dealer clients at Manheim. You’ll ensure an efficient, professional auction experience and support the dealership team with pricing advice and reconditioning guidance.

You’ll be the friendly face on auction days, helping to promote Cox products, manage logistics, and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years of related experience (or equivalent combo).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements: close, far and color perception; good depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Represent the dealer sales lane on sale days.
• Promote Manheim's products and services to dealers.
• Help dealers prepare vehicles for auction.
• Negotiate bids, advise on pricing, and provide reconditioning guidance.
• Resolve problems and be the friendly face dealers rely on.
