Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; other education/experience combinations acceptable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision: distance, near and color vision required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the dealer sales lane on sale days.
• Promote Manheim's products and services.
• Help dealers get vehicles ready for auction.
• Negotiate bids, advise on pricing, and provide reconditioning guidance.
• Resolve issues and be the friendly face for clients.
