Foundation Finance Company is seeking a Dealer Services Analyst in Rothschild, WI to manage dealer onboarding, data entry, and record updates across systems like Salesforce and Spectrum. The role requires attention to detail and strong documentation skills, with support for cross-functional teams.

The position offers hourly pay of $19.75–$21.00 and benefits from day-one health coverage, a 401(k) match, and paid time off. Evening shifts weekly and one Saturday every 7 weeks may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years’ experience in research or finance.
• Knowledge of Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Internet software; familiarity with PDF.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and existing dealers’ information accurately.
• Upload supporting documentation in systems like Salesforce, DecisionLender, Spectrum, and TrustLayer.
• Document notes per company processes and procedures.
• Respond to dealers and staff; resolve requests and issues per procedures.
• Research and onboard dealers; collect ownership, ACH, and name changes.
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers and Inside Sales for updates.
• Assist other departments with coverage and administrative tasks.
• Adhere to deadlines and adapt to change; other duties as assigned.

Job description

Dealer Services Analyst Description & Duties:

The Dealer Services Analyst researches, monitors, tracks, and documents all new contractor/dealer applications, and existing contractor/dealer record changes to ensure company and compliance standards are being met. This role prepares all needed documents and research to onboard the contractor to become a dealer with the company.

Pay Range

USD $19.75 - USD $21.00 /Hr.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Accurately enter new and existing dealers’ information, upload supporting documentation in all operating system(s) included but not limited to SalesForce, DecisionLender, Spectrum, and TrustLayer.
• Document notes properly in all required areas per company processes and procedures.
• Respond to all dealers, internal staff and management requests, complaints and/or issues; follows proper communication procedures to resolve phone call/email requests.
• Collect, analyze, research, monitor, and document all new dealer applications, dealer workup checklists, dealer ownership, ACH, company and DBA name changes.
• Confirm identity, history, and establishment of potential dealers by researching and analyzing data from multiple software systems.
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers and Inside Sales to assist with any needed items, updates to lead/dealer records, and request assistance with contacting lead/dealer.
• Communicate with other department staff and managers to help analyze and resolve customer verification/document issues by contacting dealers for any missing items; stipulations, signed documents, liability insurance, required state licensing etc.
• Assist other departments with night/weekend coverage, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or related field OR 2 years’ of experience in research, market analysis or consumer finance.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Internet software and Experience with Adobe Illustrator and PDF.
• One evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks.
