Job summary

Axos Bank seeks a results-driven Auto Lending Specialist to lead all customer contact and service activities in the territory. You will meet sales production goals, develop relationships with dealerships, and promote the company's auto loan products.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree preferred; base compensation includes a pay range of $90,000–$100,000 with commission eligibility.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role with a prime lender, preferably a retail bank.

• Develop, manage and maintain productive relationships with qualified new car franchisee's and select independent automobile dealership personnel to achieve production, efficiency and profitability objectives of the assigned area.
• Promoting and selling organization's product line or services to new prospects or legacy customers within a targeted territory.
• Leading the selling opportunities identification, customer satisfaction improvement and business relationship enhancement.
• Preparing periodic reports of customer activity, and gathering information to be used for sales forecasting and production.
