Job summary

automotiveMastermind, a Mobility Global company, seeks a Dealer Relations Manager to build strong dealer partnerships and understand dealer goals and competitive dynamics. You will travel to support dealers, deliver training, and ensure successful product adoption across the region.

You will leverage CRM tools, manage 20+ accounts, and drive high-level customer service through coaching and consultation. This role reports to the Director of Dealer Relations and requires 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years professional experience in sales, marketing or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment.
• Significant experience working with CRM tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with business and financial acumen.
• Ability to establish rapport and develop meaningful client relationships.
• Proactive in soliciting feedback and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dealer relationship management and champion product adoption in dealerships.
• Execute launch planning, product implementation, and deliver training to dealers and regional teams.
• Serve as first point of contact for dealership issues and escalate when needed.
• Communicate product changes and new features to accounts in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the regional team to meet partner goals and retain accounts.
