ADT is seeking a Tier 3 Dealer Operations coordinator to serve as the subject matter expert for our Authorized Dealers in daily operations. You will handle telephone, email, and occasional in-person transactions, supporting the funding process and address validation for potential customers.

The role requires strong customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role or general business experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Advanced phone skills and clear, professional communication on calls.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emails/phone calls regarding the Authorized Dealer Program.
• Research and resolve contracts initially declined for purchase.
• Serve as SME for ADT Authorized Dealer Program policies and procedures.
• Review weekly reports and provide feedback to dealers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealer activities and issues.
• Process incoming cleanup, emails, mail, faxes, and other documents.
