Job summary

Foundation Finance Company seeks a Dealer Services Analyst to manage onboarding and ongoing documentation for dealer partners. The role ensures compliance, accurate record changes, and timely research across multiple software systems.

The analyst will enter dealer data, maintain notes, and collaborate with Business Development and Inside Sales to update records and resolve verification issues. Weekend coverage and varied duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling dealer inquiries and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to document and track dealer records accurately across systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams and dealers.

Responsibilities

• Enter new and existing dealers’ information and upload supporting documents across systems.
• Document notes in prescribed areas per company processes.
• Respond to dealer, staff, and management requests; resolve issues per procedures.
• Collect, analyze, and document new dealer applications, ownership, and name changes.
• Verify identity and history by researching data from multiple systems.
• Coordinate with Business Development and Inside Sales for updates to records.
• Assist with cross-departmental verification issues and missed items.
• Support other departments with weekend coverage and additional duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
