Job description

We are an established aftermarket brand with over 10 years of manufacturing heritage, built for diesel truck owners and mechanics who want dependable performance parts at fair prices. We specialize in high-demand diesel upgrades, exhaust solutions, fuel systems, and custom aluminum components for heavy-duty applications. With coast-to-coast fulfillment centers and a strong direct-to-consumer foundation, SPELAB is now heavily investing in its local dealer ecosystem. We’re bridging the gap between factory-direct manufacturing and local U.S. repair shops—giving dealers reliable, high-turnover parts that offer excellent profit margins. As we set up our Texas operations, we’re looking for driven sales pros to help us expand our physical footprint and put SPELAB on the shelves of independent shops nationwide.

About the Role

Drive Territory Growth & Sales Targets: Prospect, pitch, and onboard offline partners across Texas and neighboring regions to build a healthy, sustainable dealer pipeline. Own your territory: conduct regular in-person visits, deliver compelling product presentations, provide merchandising support, and drive steady reorder rates. Manage your full sales funnel, track key account activities, and deliver on straightforward revenue goals. Represent the Brand & Build Local Industry Ties: Serve as the face of our brands at major industry events and trade shows, including SEMA, Lone Star Throwdown, Scheid Diesel Extravaganza, ODSS events, and regional drag races. Embed yourself in the local automotive scene—building authentic, long-term relationships with shop owners, regional builders, and key local voices. Educate partners on how our multi-brand portfolio meets different customer budgets and performance needs, positioning us as a reliable aftermarket supplier. Gather Market Feedback & Fuel Strategy: Keep your ear to the ground: gather real-world feedback on partner demands, competitor activity, and market trends to help guide our regional strategy. Partner with our on-site content creators during field visits and events to highlight authentic customer builds and partner stories.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the automotive aftermarket, diesel performance, truck accessories, or powersports industries.
  • Working automotive knowledge: Ability to hold authentic, technical conversations about exhaust systems, fuel systems, forced induction, suspension/lift kits, and performance tuning.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metro area, with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel 3–4 days per week.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools to track pipeline activity and standard business software for account communication.
Required Skills
  • Established Texas network: Existing relationships with local performance shops, off-road retailers, or truck accessory dealers across Texas.
  • Industry event experience: You’ve attended SEMA, PRI, or major regional diesel events and understand how to network on the floor.
  • Enthusiast background: You drive a truck or modified performance vehicle, or have hands-on experience working in or selling to performance/off-road shops.
  • Experience with dealer merchandising or co-op program management; basic conversational Spanish is a strong plus in the Texas market.
