Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Direct sales experience 3–5 years preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with dealers and independent door shops to drive sales growth.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers, supporting activation plans.
• Drive downchannel demand generation through indirect selling at the point of sale.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and premium mix initiatives.
• Deliver product, solution-based selling, and value proposition training to dealer teams.
• Lead lead management and conversion efforts with distribution and field teams.
• Use CRM to track activity, manage opportunities, and measure activation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Channel Marketing, Product, and Regional Sales to align strategy.
