Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort in Iowa seeks a professional Dealer to provide exceptional guest service and manage designated games in accordance with policy and procedures. Learn rules, apply math and critical thinking to gameplay, and maintain game pace while engaging players.

This on-site role requires flexibility to work casino hours around the clock; pre-employment drug test and ability to obtain a license through IRGC are required; benefits include health, dental, vision, and profit

To perform the assigned game as per company policy and procedures. The Dealer is responsible for providing exceptional guest service that will lead to the enjoyment of all patrons. This position must learn and follow all rules of the designated game, using math and critical thinking skills.

$23-$27 with tips and premium pay + profit sharing
