Boot Hill Casino & Resort in Dodge City, KS is seeking part-time Dealers for grave shifts. You will deal table games accurately, handle buy-ins/pay-offs, and ensure smooth play while delivering friendly service to guests.

No prior dealing experience is required; full training is provided. You must be 21+ and able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License. Benefits and tips are available.

Responsibilities

• Deal a variety of table games accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor guest play and report irregularities to supervision.
• Promote Players Club memberships and participate in promotions.
• Assist with guest and team member safety and security.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with gaming regulations.

What You’ll Do

Deal a variety of table games with accuracy and efficiency, providing prompt, professional, and friendly service to guests.

Manage customer transactions for buy-ins and pay-offs.

Verify fills and credits to the game.

Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to internal controls.

Monitor guest play and report irregularities to Floor Supervisors.

Promote Players Club memberships and stay current on marketing promotions.

Assist with the safety and security of all guests and Team Members.

Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.

Other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Outgoing personality with great communication skills.

Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.

Comfort with math and numbers.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

Dexterity in shuffling cards and handling chips.

Ability to work in environments that may be noisy, smoky, or dimly lit.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must be able to obtain a Kansas Racing and Gaming License.

Dealing experience a plus, but not required—we provide full training!

Schedule & Pay

Seeking two Dealers to work part-time on grave shift.

Expected to work weekends and holidays.

Hourly wage plus tips.

Bonus pay opportunities for learning additional games.
