Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in strategy/operational due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational due diligence workstreams for consumer markets transactions, assessing performance, models, and value drivers.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across diligence and value creation engagements.
• Analyze financial statements, operating metrics, market trends, and scenario impacts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop sector-informed views on acquisition strategy, deal structures, and post-merger integration priorities.
• Review team deliverables for accuracy and alignment with client requirements and firm methodologies.
• Coach junior team members on analysis, financial modeling, and transaction execution.
• Build client relationships across strategy, finance, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Apply digital tools, data sources, and AI-enabled workflows to strengthen diligence insights and streamline delivery.
