Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in deals or due diligence.
Active CPA, CFA, Chartered Accountant, or MBA preferred.

Leading teams in conducting financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
