PwC is seeking a Strategy & Deals Tech Strategy Director to provide strategic advice on M&A, divestitures, and restructuring for software and tech-enabled businesses. You will lead deals, analyze market trends, and guide clients through complex transactions while driving value creation and executive relationships.

As a Strategy & Deals Tech Strategy Director, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring focused on Product and Technology Diligence and Product‑led Value Creation for software and technology‑enabled businesses.
Within our Deals practice, you will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive‑level client relations.
You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximize value and achieve their business objectives. You will cultivate the potential in others, collaborate across the PwC Network, and promote technological advances while creating a healthy working environment.
Salary range: $155,000 – $410,000, dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
