Job summary

CLA, formally CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, is seeking an Associate for Deal Services in Salt Lake City. This role performs financial Quality of Earnings, due diligence, and excel-based financial analysis for clients buying or selling businesses.

You will support multiple engagements, build detailed analyses, identify key accounting policies, and deliver findings under tight deadlines while collaborating with client teams and CLA professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Exposure to financial statement preparation, audits, and reviews preferred.
• Pursuing CFA, CPA, or related certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and reporting for engagements.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial quality of earnings and due diligence analyses.
• Builds and analyzes financial models and reports for clients.
