Harvey is seeking a Deal Operations Analyst to support its growing global sales organization. You’ll be at the center of quote-to-cash, ensuring deals are accurately structured, approved, and closed, while solving real-time process issues and scaling systems.

This hands-on role requires 2–4+ years in Sales Operations and a strong grasp of SFDC/CPQ, with the ability to communicate clearly with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. Competitive compensation is provided in USD.

Competenze

• 2–4+ years in Sales Operations, Deal/Order Operations, Revenue Operations, or Order Management.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools.
• Experience using a ticketing/queue-based support model.

Mansioni

• Review, validate, and process customer orders for accuracy and pricing compliance.
• Support Salesforce opportunity management, quoting workflows, and deal hygiene.
• Manage a Deal Operations queue with timely stakeholder communication.
• Provide frontline SFDC/CPQ support to Sales and assist with UAT and QA.
