Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Ops.
• Strong attention to detail with complex deals.
• CRM/SFDC experience including opportunity workflows.
• Exposure to CPQ tools and pricing approvals.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira/Salesforce cases).
• Ability to communicate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders ensuring accuracy and pricing compliance.
• Support SFDC opportunity management, quoting workflows, deal hygiene.
• Manage deal operations ticketing queue with clear communication.
• Provide frontline SFDC/CPQ support and stakeholder training.
• Assist with CRM/CPQ enhancements and requirements gathering.
• Document processes and contribute to deal desk enablement.
