Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree and/or advanced degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 3 - 5+ years of full-time relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of the business impact of product to drive revenue and increase customer retention and satisfaction.
• Experience defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies.
• Thorough understanding of business and product strategy to present and influence decision making of concepts, business rationale and key findings to stakeholders and leaders at the Sr. Director level and above.
• Demonstrates understanding of customers’ needs and how sales teams work; ability to adapt with an evolving business.
• Ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture; strong problem solving and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Create business cases to be prioritized on the roadmap and collaborate with engineering, design, legal, finance, and sales teams to build business cases, drive requirements, and determine the best technical implementation method and schedule.
• Develop a 9–18+ month roadmap with the ability to define and prioritize key themes.
• Define project scope and schedule while focusing on timely delivery of value from Concept Acceptance through to Release to Production.
• Lead cross-functional projects by providing project leadership from inception to delivery; translate long-term strategies into solutions and drive customer-impacting initiatives.
• Connect with customers on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and problems and present findings and business rationale to stakeholders at different levels across the organization.

Job Description

• As a member of the Buying Programs Product Management organization, you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to scope, prioritize and drive projects that are top-of-mind for the business.
• This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product, engineering, go-to-market, and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations to drive impact for our end customer.
• This position requires someone who can transition from high-level, strategic problem solving to execution seamlessly. The ideal candidate has the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decision-making, has a strong internal drive, and a track record of leading complex projects from end-to-end.
• The candidate will be on a 30-day probationary period.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $93.66/hour
