Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) seeks a Deal Operations Analyst for a contract assignment in Lehi, Utah.

As an Analyst, Deal Operations, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, support Go-To-Market offers, and improve quote-to-contract processes within our Deal Desk organization. You will manage system administration tasks in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, document processes, and train stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years as a business process analyst or similar role with quote-to-contract knowledge.
• Strong Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Jira, Workfront or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Job description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Deal Operations Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in Lehi, UT. As an Analyst, Deal Operations, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and drive efficiencies that directly impact our enterprise Digital Media quote-to-contract operations within the Deal Desk organization.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operational teams, Product Business Units, Pricing Strategy teams, to support and operationalize the Go-To-Market offers
• Coordinate, review, and assist in delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers
• Build and maintain approval and process documentation related to Adobe's Enterprise offerings
• Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support
• Actively participate in projects within the Deal Desk organization and advocate for continuous improvement in quote-to-contract and broader deal processes
• Serve as the first point of contact for team members encountering issues or seeking guidance related to quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Investigate reported issues, troubleshoot system errors, and provide timely resolutions or **escalate** to appropriate teams for further assistance.
• Maintain documentation of common issues, resolutions, and user guides to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in system administration tasks such as user management, permission setting, and configuration updates.

Required Skills

• Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators
• Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• 3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of quote to contract operations, Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with Wiki, Workfront and JIRA or equivalent bug management software
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
• Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience (3-5 years)
