• Experience in investment banking, venture capital, listings at a crypto exchange, or strategic partnerships or investments at a protocol
• Strong understanding of token economics, web3 deal structures, and blockchain ecosystem dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias for action
• Passion for crypto, decentralized technologies, and the future of web3
• Experience structuring complex deals across DeFi and other verticals

Responsibilities

• Own negotiating and structuring deals with prospective partners, investors, and ecosystem teams through execution

• Negotiate deal terms and support legal documentation processes in collaboration with legal and strategy teams
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and ensure a smooth handoff to ecosystem support teams post-deal
