• Own the Deal Desk initiative portfolio with clear ownership and accountability.
• Set and implement the AI strategy to improve deal support globally.
• Build dashboards and analytics to inform executives and leaders.
• Turn strategy into execution with an operating model and velocity.
• Collaborate across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations to deliver end-to-end.
• Hire, mentor, and grow a distributed Deal Desk team.
