Job summary

Adobe in Lehi, UT is seeking a Business Process Analyst to optimize Deal Desk workflows and drive efficiencies across quote-to-contract operations for our Enterprise business. You will partner with Deal Desk, Pricing Strategy, Product Business Units and cross-functional teams to implement scalable processes, documentation, and training that enable faster, more accurate quoting and contracting.

This role requires 3+ years in related operations, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Deal Desk Ops, Sales Ops, or similar supporting Enterprise sales.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-contract processes and related systems.
• Experience translating business needs into clear processes and documentation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive improvements.
• Attention to detail with accuracy in processes, pricing, approvals, and docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for operational teams.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics; CRM/CPQ familiarity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Deal Desk, Pricing Strategy, Product Business Units to support Enterprise sales.
• Support Go-To-Market launches by assessing Deal Desk impact.
• Build and maintain Deal Desk process docs, playbooks, and training materials.
• Coordinate Deal Desk enablement, including training and communications.
• Serve as point of contact for quote-to-contract workflows in Deal Desk.
• Investigate issues in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics and coordinate resolutions.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities by gathering feedback and analyzing needs.
• Translate Deal Desk needs into clear business requirements for cross-functional projects.
