Everlaw seeks an experienced Deal Desk professional to lead end-to-end quoting and queue triage as the company scales. You will act as a strategic bridge across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure deal structures are scalable, reliable, and compliant.

Based in Oakland, CA with a hybrid schedule (in office M/W/Th; remote Tue/Fri), the role supports protecting long-term revenue integrity while accelerating deal flow.

Formación

• Must have experience in deal desk or quote management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, CS, Finance and Legal.
• Experience ensuring scalable, reliable and compliant deal structures.
