Job description

Deal Desk sits at the heart of the sales engine — powering the journey from lead to quote to order to revenue. You'll own the health of our operational stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, DealHub, Mdoc, billing, and Control Panel), making sure data flows cleanly and the full funnel stays trustworthy from end to end.

This role blends business acumen, technical fluency, and a genuine passion for helping people. You'll have a front-row seat to the entire sales process — and the trust to keep it running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Tool Administration & Support
  • Own DealHub (CPQ) issue escalation — investigate, coordinate across teams, and drive fixes so reps are never blocked
  • Keep Salesforce and Control Panel clean by identifying and resolving duplicate accounts and field errors
Deal Desk & Pipeline Health
  • Monitor new and recently closed opportunities to ensure accurate opportunity types, ownership, and metadata
  • Track Stage 0 pipeline proactively, flagging gaps and following up to keep deals moving
Reporting & Stakeholder Updates
  • Maintain the weekly RVP report, keeping data current for Sales Ops analysis and distribution
Sales Rep Lifecycle Management
  • Maintain rep assignment logic and the Sales Assignment Calculator, ensuring accounts always route to the right owner as territories and teams evolve
Data & Metadata Management
  • Own internal metadata files, keeping reference data accurate and accessible
  • Run regular Salesforce hygiene checks across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities
Contracts & Compliance
  • Audit active accounts for valid, up-to-date contracts tied to the latest Closed Won opportunity; flag and resolve gaps with the right teams
Billing & Credits
  • Lead resolution when customers are billed incorrectly — coordinating with Finance, Billing, and CS to issue credits and document outcomes
  • Handle ad hoc billing requests and one-time customer fixes
Requirements:
  • Entry-level/junior role — we're looking for potential, not a long resume
  • Tech-savvy with strong process-oriented thinking
  • Excellent people skills and a genuine service mindset
  • Highly detail-oriented and comfortable owning follow-through
  • Experience with quoting/CPQ systems is a plus; DealHub experience is a bonus
