Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior manufacturing or inspection experience preferred (training provided).
• Ability to stand and perform de-racking and inspection tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, often on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Remove plated parts from racks and perform visual inspections for defects.
• Accurately count, identify, and pack parts per work instructions.
• Report defects, mislabeling, or incorrect counts to lead or supervisor.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and support production goals.
• Work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
