Job summary

MPC Plating in Brooklyn, OH is seeking a De-Rack / Inspector Associate to remove plated parts, inspect for obvious defects, and accurately pack items for the next stage. This full-time role emphasizes first-pass quality and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include de-racking parts, visual inspections, proper packing per work instructions, and reporting issues to the lead. Overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior manufacturing or inspection experience preferred (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail with focus on first-time accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Remove plated parts from racks and de-rack as they come off the plating line.
• Perform visual inspections to identify obvious defects or nonconformances.
• Identify, count, and pack parts according to work instructions.
• Report defects, mislabeling, or incorrect counts to the lead or supervisor.
• Maintain proper workflow to meet production goals.
• Work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
