Job summary

Texas Instruments seeks an Applications Engineer to drive design-in for DDR PMICs in the Data Center segment. You will collaborate with a global base of DRAM vendors to deliver power solutions and ensure performance in next-gen data center architectures.

Responsibilities include answering questions, reviewing schematics, debugging on TI evaluation boards, and providing on-site support as needed to enable successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Foundational knowledge of power electronics (DC-DC conversion) and control loop theory.
• Experience with PCB design tools and power layout principles.
• Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support global customers.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions and supporting design-in activities for released products.
• Performing schematic and layout reviews to ensure optimal power integrity.
• Debugging customer issues by recreating scenarios on TI evaluation boards or customer boards.
• Providing on-site support at customer locations as required.
• Navigating design windows and qualification processes.
