Job summary

You will answer customer questions, review schematics and layouts, debug issues on evaluation boards, and provide on-site support when required to accelerate design-ins.

The role includes creating user guides, reference designs, and application notes to help customers implement TI technology confidently.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and support design-in activities for PWM power products.
• Review customer schematics and layouts for proper application.
• Debug customer issues by re-creating on TI evaluation boards.
• Provide on-site support for customer boards as required.
• Create user guides, test procedures and proper release of EVM boards for customer consumption.
• Create custom reference designs targeting relevant applications to be used as customer implementation ideas.
• Write application notes that explain different use cases, implementation and/or flexibility of TI products.
