Job summary

INEOS Aromatics is seeking a Process Control Engineer to provide technical support for design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of process control systems at the Cooper River site. You will guide instrumentation and control devices to keep the plant safe and productive, collaborating with operations and engineering teams to meet safety and performance goals.

BS in a technical discipline and proven engineering capability.
Experience with process control and DCS systems.
Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and optimize process control strategies within DCS.
Lead control system projects from concept to implementation.
Support alarm management and optimize alarm rationalization.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Reliability teams to improve performance.
Maintain and update process control documents and procedures.
Provide training on control strategies and system enhancements.
Participate in MOC processes and process safety activities.
