Genius Sports is seeking a Designer within our Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) team to shape programmatic and social campaign creative for ad-creative clients. You will lead art direction, build scalable design systems, and push visual storytelling across formats, collaborating with strategy, copy, motion, and tech to deliver performance-driven campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in an agency, in-house design studio, or related creative field.
• Strong design sensibility and ability to craft visually stunning work.
• Proficient with Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Act as a champion and guardian of clients’ brand identities, ensuring consistency and creative excellence.
• Develop high-level creative concepts with minimal oversight, bringing fresh, unexpected ideas to the table.
• Lead the development of concept-driven campaigns and scalable design systems.
• Define art direction solutions that guide image-making across multiple platforms.
• Translate strategic narratives into ownable visual executions for diverse digital placements.
• Establish visual territories through mood systems and narrative guidelines.
• Collaborate with strategy, copywriting, motion, and tech to build complete campaigns.
• Balance multiple projects and deliver compelling creative on tight deadlines.
• Produce inspiring work that connects with audiences.
• Leverage AI-powered content creation tools to concept, visualize, and prototype design solutions.
