Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of program management experience.
• 5 years of project management in telecom or data center infrastructure.
• 5 years in a leadership role with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of technical program managers for cross-functional coordination and oversight of data center network and capacity growth projects in a region.
• Hire, coach and develop a team of program managers to meet objectives and aid in personal growth.
• Work with direct reports and partner teams to set and implement infrastructure delivery strategy for the region.
• Own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams and define cross-team roles and responsibilities.
• Deliver effective execution at scale within large, multi-project programs and drive process development.
