Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Syndicate & Brokered CD Middle Office Associate to provide day-to-day middle office support for fixed income trading activities.

You will manage post-trade processing, settlements, and reconciliations while coordinating with Syndicate, Trading, Sales, Operations, Finance, and external counterparties. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in capital markets or middle office roles, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of capital markets, fixed income trading support or middle office experience.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Bloomberg is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support post-trade processing lifecycle for Syndicate and Brokered CD transactions through settlement.
• Act as primary contact between trading, sales, operations, finance and external counterparties.
• Monitor and resolve trade exceptions and reconciliation breaks.
• Validate trade allocations and P&L where applicable.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain strong controls and document procedures.
