The Syndicate & Brokered CD Middle Office Associate is responsible for providing day-to-day middle office support for U.S. Bancorp Investments Inc.'s Debt Capital Markets Syndicate and Brokered CD trading businesses. The successful candidate will partner closely with Syndicate, Trading, Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, and external counterparties to ensure the accurate processing and settlement of fixed income transactions. Responsibilities span the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, allocations, confirmations, settlement management, reconciliations, exception resolution, and P&L validation. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a deadline-driven trading environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a willingness to challenge and improve existing processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
