Job summary

JCW Group partners with a leading global investment firm to recruit an Associate, Middle Office for its Midtown New York team. The role provides trade support to trading desks, manages daily fund operations, and liaises with brokers to ensure timely confirmations and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with deep knowledge of the trade lifecycle, proactive in resolving breaks, and adept at process improvements within a fast-paced multi-manager platform focused on Asia markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services in a middle office or fund operations capacity.
• Strong knowledge of listed products including trade bookings, trade matching, failed trade investigations, and daily reconciliations.
• Experience liaising with executing brokers, prime brokers, and fund administrators on break resolutions.
• Experience with collateral and margin reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and programming experience preferred.
• Proactive approach to workflow automation and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
