Job summary

Sentar seeks a DCISE Technical Lead in Linthicum Heights, MD, to serve as a contractor representative for DCISE executive leadership. The role ensures quality and efficiency of contractor performance and supports the government with financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance eligibility, and a decade of experience leading technical and intelligence analysis efforts, including OSINT, cyber analysis, and

Qualifications

• Clearance Level TS SCI clearance eligible.
• Experience leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience with scanning tools (e.g., VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning and malware analysis.
• Experience with OSINT and closed source intelligence gathering, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor knowledge.
• Experience conducting malware and network analysis, identifying protocols, persistence mechanisms, and encryption used by APT actors.
