Job summary

Sentar Inc. seeks a DCISE Technical Lead in Linthicum Heights, MD, contingent upon contract award. The role requires guiding the contractor's performance for intelligence analysis and cyber analysis tasks, with oversight of technical and regulatory aspects.

A TS-SCI clearance eligibility is required. The candidate will lead teams, coordinate with government leadership, and ensure high-quality deliverables across open-source and closed-source intelligence processes, malware and network analysis,

Qualifications

• Experience in the last ten years leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the last ten years supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the last ten years with scanning tools (e.g., VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning and malware analysis.

• Serve as Contractor representative for the DCISE executive leadership and ensure quality and efficiency of performance.
• Assist the Government with financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions.

Sentar is seeking a DCISE Technical Lead in Linthicum Heights, MD. This position is dependent upon contract award.

Role Description

The DC3/DCISE Technical Task Lead shall serve as a Contractor representative for the DCISE executive leadership. The DC3/DCISE Technical Task Lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Contractor’s performance and shall assist the Government with all financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions.

Qualifications

Clearance Level: TS‑SCI clearance eligible.

Education: N/A

Experience:

• Experience in the last ten years leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all‑source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the last ten years supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all‑source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the last ten years with scanning tools (i.e., VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning, and performing queries, pivoting on indicators, and malware analysis on characteristics (Message‑Digest Algorithm 5 (MD5), Secure Hash Algorithm 1 (SHA1), file size, file name, file paths, etc.).
• Experience in the last ten years with intelligence analysis processes, including Open‑Source Intelligence (OSINT) and closed‑source intelligence gathering, source verification, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor knowledge.
• Experience in the last ten years conducting malware and network analysis, identifying protocols, persistence mechanisms, encoding techniques, and encryption and how they are used by Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) threat actors.
