Job summary

Sentar seeks a DCISE Technical Lead in Linthicum Heights, MD, to serve as a contractor representative for DCISE executive leadership. The role ensures quality and efficiency of contractor performance and supports the government with financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance eligibility, and a decade of experience leading technical and intelligence analysis efforts, including OSINT, cyber analysis, and

Qualifications

• Clearance Level TS SCI clearance eligible.
• Experience leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience with scanning tools (e.g., VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning and malware analysis.
• Experience with OSINT and closed source intelligence gathering, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor knowledge.
• Experience conducting malware and network analysis, identifying protocols, persistence mechanisms, and encryption used by APT actors.

Role Description

The DC3DCISE Technical Task Lead shall serve as a Contractor representative for the DCISE executive leadership The DC3DCISE Technical Task Lead shall be responsible for the quality and efficiency of the Contractors performance and shall assist the Government with all financial and business processes of the task excluding inherently governmental functions

Qualifications

Clearance Level TS SCI clearance eligible Education NA Experience Experience in the last ten years leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all source cyber analysis and reporting Experience in the last ten years supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all source cyber analysis and reporting Experience in the last ten years with scanning tools ie VirusTotal to conduct suspicious file scanning and performing queries pivoting on indicators and malware analysis on characteristics Message Digest Algorithm 5 MD5 Secure Hash Algorithm 1 SHA1 file size file name file paths etc Experience in the last ten years with intelligence analysis processes including Open Source Intelligence OSINT and closed source intelligence gathering source verification data fusion link analysis and threat actor knowledge Experience in the last ten years conducting malware and network analysis identifying protocols persistence mechanisms encoding techniques and encryption and how they are used by Advanced Persistent Threat APT threat actors
