Job summary

Sentar is seeking a DCISE Technical Lead in Linthicum Heights, MD, to serve as a Contractor representative for the DCISE executive leadership and oversee quality and efficiency of performance. The role supports intelligence analysis requirements and involves coordination with government staff on financial and business processes not inherently governmental.

Qualifications

• Experience in the last ten years leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the last ten years supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements in all-source cyber analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the last ten years with scanning tools (VirusTotal) to conduct suspicious file scanning, and performing queries, pivoting on indicators, and malware analysis on characteristics (MD5, SHA1, file size, file name, file paths).
• Experience in the last ten years with intelligence analysis processes, including OSINT and closed-source intelligence gathering, source verification, data fusion, link analysis, and threat actor knowledge.
• Experience in the last ten years conducting malware and network analysis, identifying protocols, persistence mechanisms, encoding techniques, and how they are used by APT threat actors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Contractor representative for the DCISE executive leadership and ensure the quality and efficiency of the Contractor’s performance.
• Assist the Government with all financial and business processes of the task, excluding inherently governmental functions.
