Job summary

Nuveen Retirement Investing (NRI) is seeking a DCIO Specialist in Boston to partner with our external sales team, driving asset growth within a defined territory. You will engage with retirement plan advisors and wholesalers to position Nuveen retirement products and grow opportunities.

You will apply CRM discipline in Salesforce, coordinate client meetings, and support territory planning while staying current on industry trends and competitive dynamics to maximize value for prospects and

Qualifications

5+ years experience in internal sales or supporting external wholesaler with DC retirement products.
State & non-resident Life & Health insurance license.
Strong understanding of markets, products and performance; portfolio construction.
Excellent verbal and written communications; strong presentation skills.
Accountable, resilient, goal oriented with team-first mindset.
Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Partner with external sales to drive asset growth within a defined territory.
Engage retirement plan advisors and wholesalers to prospect and nurture opportunities.
Maintain high-quality Salesforce CRM data for pipeline and client activity.
Coordinate client meetings, logistics, RFI/RFPs and due diligence.
Develop, refine and execute sales territory plans.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Deploy sales toolkits, advisor reports and analytics to add value.
Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and raise performance.
