JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Defined Contribution Investment Only Internal Client Advisor for the Asset Management division.

The role focuses on driving 401(k) pipeline and revenue growth within a defined geographic region by partnering with approved advisor firms and internal teams. The candidate will deliver investment analytics, client proposals, and resources to help advisors optimize retirement solutions and participant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years financial sales experience, including phone-based sales.
• Proven ability to sell Investment Management or Retirement plans and maintain relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn industry and product knowledge and understand the client and marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive 401(k) pipeline and sales growth in a defined geographic region with approved advisor firms.
• Engage with advisors to align activities with shared goals and promote JPMC solutions.
• Prepare and deliver investment analytics and client proposals with advisors from initial through finals stage.
• Manage multiple facets of the sales process including meetings, proposals, and pipeline tracking.
• Engage advisors from point-of-sale through the sales process to close.
• Collaborate with JP Morgan Recordkeeping sales peers and service teams to coordinate efforts.
