Job summary

Edison Smart® is seeking a senior Data Center Software Solution Architect to shape the future of digital data centre solutions. You will lead architectures for DCIM software, drive AI-enabled operations, and engage with strategic customers and internal teams to deliver innovative software solutions.

This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on DCIM software, digital architecture, platform integration and AI-enabled operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on DCIM software experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of data centre operations, software platforms, data models and system integrations.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise IT or digital infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect integrated digital solutions across the data centre ecosystem, connecting infrastructure, software platforms and data sources.
• Identify opportunities to improve resilience, operational efficiency, sustainability and AI readiness.
• Lead technical discussions, customer engagements and proof-of-concept projects.
• Develop solution architectures, technical frameworks and compelling value propositions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams to influence future software development.
• Support sales enablement through technical coaching, presentations and solution development.
