Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a DCIM Administrator to build and run our Data Center Infrastructure Management program within Infrastructure Operations. You will be the operational backbone for MAC processes, ensuring validated work orders and accurate asset data across a world-spanning network.

You will drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Project Managers, Capacity Planning, Finance, and Security to scale our infrastructure for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management or DCIM administration (Nlyte experience is a strong advantage).
• Experience with change management in ERP and asset management transformation efforts.
• Experience operating in a high-velocity environment with geographically dispersed Data Centers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deployment of CAPEX investments and scale infrastructure ahead of demand.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Capacity Planning, Finance, and Security on initiatives.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors, enforcing SLAs.
• Champion continuous improvement, standardization and automation.
• Administer and manage Nlyte Workflow/Work Order processes for MAC tickets.
• Ensure adherence to processes by global technicians.
• Maintain data integrity and reconcile inventory to achieve 99.5%+ accuracy.
• Own asset data lifecycle from receiving to deployment and decommissioning.
• Maintain Nlyte Materials Catalog and ensure accurate power/cooling/rack data.
• Provide hands-on training and support for global technicians on Nlyte tools.
